Ghibli Müzesi, Japonya'nın Mitaka kentinde bulunan Studio Ghibli'nin işlerinin tanıtıldığı bir sanat müzesidir. Müze, 1 Ekim 2001 tarihinde açılmış olup Inokashira Parkı'nda yer almaktadır.
Müze, çocuk müzesi, teknoloji müzesi ve güzel sanatlar müzesi özelliklerini bir araya getirmekte ve animasyon sanat ve tekniğine adamıştır. Bazı özellikler arasında, Komşum Totoro'nun Catbus replikası, bir kafe, kitabevi, çatı bahçesi ve Studio Ghibli'nin seçkin kısa filmleri için bir tiyatro bulunmaktadır.
