What used to be a military hospital is now an intriguing and award-winning museum that uses many different medias to convey the images of Singapore as it looked like in the 19th century. The exhibits are divided into 15 areas, each focusing on a specific city part and its history - for instance Malay Fishing Village, Chinatown, or Quayside Walk.
