Vecchio Bridge
The most famous of all Florence's treasures consists of three segmented arches, the main arch being some 30 metres wide.

An awe-inspiring sight and one of the majestic buildings built by the Romans. A must-visit while you're in Rome.

From triumphal arches to the houses of Emperors, the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill contain the remains of the heart of the Roman world.
Palatine Hill
One of the Seven Hills of Rome. Full of archaeological finds – the city spread from here to other places.

Il Vittoriano
This colossal complex was built to commemorate the unification of Italy. A source of controversy, but still worth the visit.

The Pantheon is one of the Rome’s most famous attractions as well as one of the best preserved Roman buildings in the world.

Spanish Square & the Spanish Steps
A monumental square with beautiful sights scattered around. The Spanish Steps are especially famous, but there is also a nice fountain and a French church.
Trevi Fountain
A stunning, elaborate Baroque gem of a fountain. This famous sight is a must while in the city. Beautiful even at night.
Etruscan Necropolises of Tarquinia
This stupenduous site holds over 6,000 tombs of various types, some of them painted. Do not miss.
Etruscan Necropolis of Cerveteri
One of the major Etruscan cities and a place with unique atmosphere. Check out the various houses of the dead, some with stone reliefs.
Ostia Antica
Ancient Ostia is one of Rome’s best kept secrets with some of the best Roman ruins in the world. A little out-the-way, but definitely worth it.
Castel Sant'Angelo
Initially commissioned by the Roman Emperor Hadrian as a mausoleum for himself and his family. Now a museum.
