This unbelievably big and deep iron ore mine is operated mostly by remotely controlled heavy machinery. Come to its visitor's centre and join a guided tour of this unique sight.
The scale of the mine is best illustrated by the fact that workers enter the mine by buses on a two-lane road that goes right into the mountain, several hundred meters deep.
